Instructions + Dosing
Shake well before use. This tincture form provides a simple, pure, and versatile way to take your CBD everyday! You can easily ingest this oil many ways, but for the fastest reaction, simply drop it directly under your tongue, hold it for 60 seconds, and then swallow.
Adults can take 1-2ml (60-120mg CBD) one hour before bedtime, or as needed. Many adults are sensitive to melatonin, so we did not add it to this recipe, however, clinical research suggests that melatonin supplements support deep sleep and longer REM cycles. If desired, take 1 melatonin capsule with 1ml of CBD PM.
